Cottage Christmas Mantel

I think I have every collection of Christmas decor imaginable. There's the snowman collection, santas, reindeer, and the list goes on and on. I love all of them, but this year I didn't want a theme, but instead, I wanted a Christmas FEEL.
So I started with some rustic pieces like the star and marquee lite monogram "S", and I mixed it all with mercury glass hurricanes filled with frosted pine.
The homemade JOY sign adds a festive touch below.
And I tied it all in with garland. I used a long pine swag and added a smaller garland of red berries and frosted branches. Mixing your greenery is the easiest way to get a realistic look. Even if you have cheap greenery when you mix them together they look more realistic and high end.
This year I wanted a simple cottage Christmas feel. Nothing fussy, just a warm and inviting space! Hop on over to my blog to see more Christmas inspiration!
