Bobbie larsen on Mar 30, 2015no---the tubers are actually growing on top of the concrete and believe it or not do bloom--just not were I'd want them

Flower Patch Farmhouse on Mar 30, 2015@Bobbie larsen Wow, I knew they were tough but that is just awesome. Separate the ones on top of your sidewalk and replant them elsewhere, it does not sound like you can do them much harm in moving them.
