How to create a Winter Wonderland lamp
Step 1: Pull battery operated lights through lamp base.
Step 2: Wrap lights around winter flowers.
Step 3: Carefully insert lights and flowers into fillable lamp.
Step 4: Adjust flowers and lights.
Step 5: Close up lamp base.
Step 6: Add decorative ribbon to drum shade.
Step 7: Make final adjustments to ribbon.
The twinkling lights are pretty both day and night.
