Not your usual concrete bowl... These have more character
These bowls start the usual way... EXCEPT this time you want the texture and bubbles! For basic pouring see here:

Once you have made your bowls it is time to finish them.
Take inspiration from nature and natural rock layers. It is forgiving, does NOT need to be perfect!
I especially love a bit of metallics in the mix.
Add some stone or sand if you like. Rustic is the key. For many more concrete projects check here:

My first try with painting two small papercrete pots. Maybe I overdid with the paint. I am still inspired by your idea. WIll try with some of the larger ones once they mature.
