Who has cabinets to paint in their kitchen or bathroom? This girl does! We're on Hometalk live on 8/24/17 at 5pm EST to show you just how easy it is to paint your cabinets with our amazing All In One Paint. It's the look and low prep of chalk style paint, but without the need to wax or top coat! You heard me right, I am not going to top coat the cabinets in my bathroom or kitchen. No, I'm not crazy. This paint is that durable! Talk about EASY DIY!
Here's our before picture. We created this look a while back with traditional chalk type paint and wax in our office bathroom. We didn't top coat it and as you can see with 10+ employees using it, its hasn't held up well. Don't believe the hype that wax is a durable finish. It creates a beautiful look but unless you're using a wax that you can top coat over, its not ideal for a bathroom of kitchen where its exposed to hot steam, grease, etc. Remember, most wax is heat sensitive.

Instead, we are going to use our All In One Paint to give vanity cabinet a new look. We just painted the interior doors in our bathroom with Iron Gate. (See our Hometalk blog for instructions on interior doors. ) So we are using the same gorgeous black color on this set of cabinets. Watch us live for the final outcome and to see just how easy it is to TRANSFORM your cabinets with a little paint. Seriously, a quart of All In One Paint will typically do an 8x10 kitchen. You can paint your cabinets for under $40! I promise you with this product, anyone can do this even if they've never painted before!

**Final pictures to be posted after the live**
This paint is a beautiful, rich black color with a matte finish and low luster sheen. Once dried, it has the look of waxed chalk paints. Be sure to stir your paint really well, 2 mins per quart with a stir stick, whipping from the bottom. This is key with a product with this many built ins. Degrease your cabinets with a product like TSP and then you're ready to start painting.
I grabbed this kitchen image off of Pinterest as my inspiration photo. This is the look we're going for. Not a plastic, latex look but a chalk style look.

Do i need to sand after i degrease or can i degrease and then paint an hour later??

How do you get it brush stroke free? I ended up using a roller because using the brush left strokes in the paint finish. I ended up having to use 5 quarts on an 8x10 kitchen!
