immediately saw need for this once useful object which was at an estate sale.
bought the item at an estate sale. It had been an insert for a desk. It was wood. I knew that this would be perfect to use for some of the small pieces of the blue and white china I collect. It was so dirty that I immediately washed it and then painted it without remembering to photograph the steps. Also the light is not good as this space is very small and is a hall.
