I needed a strong storage cart for yard tools and could not find anything on the Internet already made. I started looking for DIY storage carts and finally found one that I could make. The plans that were shown could easily be adjusted for individual needs. I had Lowe's cut 4X8 plywood to the size I wanted and the rest of the cart is 2X4". I added wheels to make the cart mobile.
I determined the size that would fit next to my shelving
Made my cuts of all the 2X4". Then decided on how many holes I would need for current and future needs. I sandwiched the top and middle shelves and drilled the holes and made an extra wide for snow shovel.
Using screws, put everything together. and added industrial wheels to the legs.
I decided to go ahead and stain the storage cart to give it a finished look.
Here is the final resting place for my cart. It has really helped me keep all my yard and gardening tools organized.

That is a good design if you have the space on your wall for several rows of tools. I almost borrowed your design, however it was going to be too deep and I had too many tools so came up with this design- https://www.hometalk.com/diy/build/shelves/garden-tool-organizer-for-garage-44285870
