Pat Ruge,
I thank you so much for all your sharing of what you've learned...you are excellent at putting into the exact wording for clear understanding of all your shared information from Mom Podge, Gesso and Modeling Paste...thank you so much. I feel confident enough that I can now begin making what is needed to start painting! Do you have a web site or email or facebook that I can connect with to keep in touch with all that you share?

Thank you so much Margaret. No I do not have a website and all my projects are on Hometalk. You can view all of them by clicking on my avatar (the pretty lady with the flowered hat. It will list them all or just go here https://www.hometalk.com/member/3197932/patruge1

Pat...I checked out your page and simply enjoyed all the fun stuff you did! In fact, the memory box you made is something that I think I am going to put together for my granddaughters...I think they will love them! I am also in my 70's and at this age I have a lot of time to have a lot of craft time! :-)

Ok? Call me confused. You said you use purified water to avoid unnecessary chemicals.Well, don't you think, even though our tap water is "man" purified, it has less chemicals than white glue? I mean you breathe in the glue fumes no matter how light they are. I think if the chemicals worry you, you could always wear gloves. But the using of purified water shouldn't make the chemical content neither here nor there.
