This DIY vertical garden is a lovely accent to your porch or patio. Use it to grow flowers, herbs, or even vegetables.
Supplies needed to make your own DIY vertical garden:
- Metal containers
- Drill and drill bit
- Ladder or material to build a ladder
- Potting soil
- Plants or seeds
- S-hooks
You can buy a rustic ladder at your local store, or build your own with these easy-to-follow instructions. Be sure the rungs are round or fit easily with your S-hooks. Next, drill holes in the bottoms of your containers.
Hang planters with your S-hooks, and fill with rocks to aid with drainage.
