Patriotic Framed Chalkboard DIY
by

I used ugly old frames from the thrift store for this easy and patriotic project. With a homemade chalkboard paint recipe it cost next to nothing and was super easy.
I started by spray painting the frames. While they were drying, I whipped up my homemade chalkboard paint and used a foam roller to apply it to the glass inserts.
Using washi tape and twine, I made a little bunting for the blue frame and lined the white frame with the same tape.
I had extra cereal box stars leftover from another project, so I popped one on the white frame. All of the details and the chalkboard paint recipe is in the blog post.
