Red Bandana Theme Summer BBQ

For a fun summer barbeque theme, use inexpensive red bandanas. From the invitations, napkins, party favors and table decor, the bandanas will add a festive look.
Your get together doesn't have to break the bank, these bandanas can be purchased at a dollar store. Even if you don't have time to create all the party elements that I made use the bandanas plain as napkins. The most important part of any gathering is to enjoy time with friends.
Wrap up party favors in these miniature red bandana hobo sacks. Little pieces of candy or other fun favors will be a huge hit. Imagine all the guests walking out with their little hobo sack.
Add a small piece of red bandana to the party invitation as a teaser to the theme. These invitations were easy to create in Word and print out. Simply tie a strip of the bandana to the corner and send out.
Don't waste any scraps of the bandanas. Cover clothes pins in small pieces so guests will know what the dishes are. Print out the menu and names of dishes. Include ingredients that could potentially cause food allergies.
Corn on the cob? Yes, please! These corn on the cob sticks will look adorable once there's a delicious grilled piece of corn in between them.

I love the bandana ideas. We have a variety of them we have collected b over time with all kinds of designs. We use them wrapped around out forehead to keep the sweet from dripping down outer face but here it doesn't l take long for them to be wet so add a thick paper towel Orr washcloth between the bandana snd our head to help with absorbing the sweat. Reminds me of the running away bandana on a stick scenario used in tv sitcoms. Being that were in Texas I will incorporate this practical but very fitting designs on my front porch as soon as it's finished and we get to set it up I am going with yellow as my primary color fell in love recently when I found two of the cutest candles in a Mason jar but pedestal style one of my favorite vase types. I am new to this site so still trying to figure how to use it all but soon I will be sharing things I have done and am doing all whip taking care of my 2 grandkids this whole summer, i think the pieces of scrape bandana wood work great to use velcro dots to tie to the ear piece of sunglasses as guest arrive, seems like they always leave a mess of them behind as we play horseshoes and as the sun lowers so tell do the glasses and then just place in a basket sous to remind guest don't forget to take these with u and they are marked with their initials or nickname so no confusion. Se times I get silly but it's a cookout party and having variety simple is what makes it so fun..thanks for inspiring me with the bandans, really do think your ideas are great, many happy summer gatherings to come.
