Mason Jar Luminaries Tutorial

Mason jar epsom salt and glitter craft.
You will need:


- clean jar (with lid)


- glitter


- epsom salt


- PVA glue


- water


- brush


- clear gloss sealer(spray kind)


1- Mix some water(1/3 of a jar),glitter (never to much glitter, right?;)) and pva glue (1/3 of a 50 ml bottle of pva glue) in a jar. Screw the lid tight and shake it well.


2- Slowly pour out water from the jar.Leave jar to dry for 20 to 30 minutes


3- Use a brush to coat outside of a jar with pva glue (not all of it, just some spots to make glitter inside of a jar more visible) and sprinkle epsom salt all over it
4- Leave it to dry for 30-40 minutes


5- Spray with a clear gloss sealer and leave it to dry for 30 minutes. You can add more sealer coats if you like.


Tadah! That’s it! Quick and easy craft :)

      @Val For some reason sentence in step 3 was not finished. Thanks for drawing my attention to the mistake.After applying pva glue to the outside surface of the jar, sprinkle epsom salt all over it.
