Learn how you can paint your furniture a beautiful grey with Jolie Swedish Grey. Jolie paint is odorless and requires no sanding before painting!
For this project you will want to make sure your furniture is clean, Wipe furniture lightly with a damp cloth to remove any dust. :)

When your furniture is clean take your paint brush (I used Jolie's medium furniture paint brush.) and begin to paint your furniture. On this piece I started with the front. Starting with the front allows you to see the details pop! It will help to keep you encouraged to keep painting!

Paint in light strokes being careful not to apply the paint too thick.

Apply 2 to 3 coats of Jolie's Swedish Grey. This color is a very light and beautiful almost silver grey!

In the video I demonstrate how to use a mist bottle to help keep the paint active and moving ( I learned this trick from Brushed By Brandy! Checkout her Youtube videos!) This is helpful because it prevents any brush marks from showing.

Once your furniture project has 2-3 coats of Swedish Grey you can seal your project with clear wax. I like to work the wax into the paint with circular motions.

Dip your wax brush into a small amount of wax and begin going in circular motions on your furniture until the wax looks smooth. You want an even finish. Wax your piece until it has been sealed all the way. Wipe off excess wax with a shop towel.

PRO TIP: Distress your furniture with 220 grit sandpaper to create a rustic look

PRO TIP: Apply paint in THIN coats. This will help insure a smooth finish.
