Interchangeable Home Sign
It’s been a while since my last post, but here it is. A friend asked me to make her a Wood “HOME” Sign, I took it a step further, made different things for the “O”
So I started out with this 3ft X 6” piece of wood.
I took it out side to sand ( Was a nice cool day) I sanded both sides and the ends as well!
Here is a picture after I sanded it! Nice grain on it!
After sanding it, I used Tung oil it, it’s not a stain, it’ just enhances the wood!
After I finished the with the long wood piece, I took some 12” X 6 “ pieces of wood and cut them down to 6” squares.
Then I drew several different pictures on the 6” squares, 9 total!
My husband cut them out for me. Then he sanded them all for me as well.
So these were the different things I drew. Valentine, Spring, 4th of July, Fall, Thanksgiving, Winter/Christmas, Birthady.
So I painted each one of them.
Her it is with the Spring Flower.
