Make a delivery box if you can't have delivered to your work address. There was one posted here not too long ago on Hometalk, but not easy to find. See if you like these.

you can set up certain delivery times with the company when some one will be able to be there; instruct the drivers to put over gate/fence to backyard;invest in large size drop box for packages; post office-instruct them not to deliver to house you will pick them up at closet branch or mail store;call police about thefts some companies will reimburse thru insurance; get a large locking trunk let delivery know where you stashed a key so they can put packs in it like this-- https://www.homejelly.com/how-to-diy-porch-packages-lock-box-bench/ here additional ideas https://bensbargains.com/thecheckout/features/10-ways-keep-thieves-stealing-amazon-packages/
I recently saw this video. Her directions are clear. We plan to try to make it. Good luck! (I can't seem to post the actual link here. Go to YouTube and search this title: On The Fly...DIY Porch Pirate Proof Mailbox).
We installed a motion light that comes on after dark, in the day time we asked our neighbors who are home to help us keep an eye out, then we installed cameras too and check them daily. I agree about making a lock box for the deliverer and also some inexpensive trail cams can help a bunch. It is probably someone who lives near you (it often is) so you can get the tape/proof to the police.
