Solar Silverware Flowers
I'm up to some more solar light creations... this time using a solar light and silverware to make a solar flower.
I started with a solar light from Walmart and removed the labels.
I bought spoons at Dollar tree in packs of 2 for $1. You could use silverware from a thrift store too. I bent them into this shape. I would need 5 per solar light.
This is where I had some trouble - I tried to secure the spoons using super glue, E6000, Gorilla Glue, epoxy, and more and all of them would only temporarily stick the spoons to the solar light.
In the end I attached the spoons to the solar light using gaffers tape. This made the spoon handles blend into the solar light handle.
Here's a quick view from above.
I placed my solar flowers into a flower pot on my front porch with some of my other creations. I also made one with forks...
