Hi Belinda, sorry you are having problems making you ceramic tile shine. Hope this helps you. How to Restore Shine to Shower Tile | Hunker

Since the probably have calcium build up - hard water stains, here's what I do:
Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 solution of Dawn dish soap and vinegar. Spray it on the hard water stains and let it work. If they are tougher stains, you may have to scrub with a plastic scrubbie!
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
Hello Belinda,
Hi use Cillit Bang - that'll do it.
I have a good tutorial for you! https://bachelorettepadflip.com/2017/03/01/how-to-get-rid-of-mold-mildew-in-a-shower/
This problem is most likely a buildup on top of the tile. I use a soap scum remover such as scrubbing bubbles or lysol power bath. Spray it on, let sit for several minutes, then wipe gently with a soft cloth and rinse. For stubborn areas, you can use a nylon scrubby before rinsing. For a heavy buildup, repeat the procedure. Once shiny again, you can simply spray on, let sit and rinse weekly to prevent buildup.
