Use plain toothpaste with no fluoride or mayo. cover with plastic wrap and wipe off the next day.

I always try a little mayonnaise first.
Make a paste with olive oil and salt. Put it right on the marks. Leave it set overnight. The salt will draw out the moisture and the olive oil will condition the wood.
Hi ! I have heard that putting mayonnaise on the water mark and leaving it there for a half hour, then rubbing off the excess works . I have not tried this , but I have seen it recommended several times . Good luck !

Hi Deb: If it's a steam stain, just put a bit of mayonnaise on it, let the mayo sit for about 10 seconds and wipe off. This should do it for you. Good luck
What I use is equal parts of baking soda and non-gel toothpaste. Rub it on going with the grain of the wood, wipe off and then polish with lemon oi.
