Darken faded floral couch cushions.?
Bought beautiful floral print used couch. The people washed couch cushion covers which lightened cushion colors. Want to keep the floral covers , only need with beige background 2 or 3 shades darker. Any ideas are appreciated.

Not to sure what you are asking? Are you wanting to try and dye just the beige colour in the design?
Hello Jeff,
Try soaking them in Hot tea for a while! Best wishes.
I have the heard the same as Johna above that soaking in tea or coffee is a way to darken fabric. But it may also darken the flowers, as well as the background. Good luck!
I agree with Courtney, the tea or coffee solution will darken everything on the fabric. Could you turn the cushion covers over to the underside, maybe they are less faded there?
Hi Jeff, that's a difficult one. You can try painting the background with fabric paint. I'm assuming that the flowers aren't too fussy and complicated and that you don't have 1000 of cushions
Sorry me again, I did find this handy tutorial that gives all the ins and outs of painting fabric cushions - https://www.lovelyetc.com/painted-outdoor-cushions-the-good-the-bad-the-ugly/ Good luck, hope you come right
Or you could keep the floral background of the couch and use a solid color material and re-cover the cushions?
Hi! Here's a great article. You might also consider Rit dye.

Hi Jeff. You could color the fabric in a tea bath. You could do the same thing with a coffee bath. The longer you let the fabric steep, the darker the color will be. Wash and dry the fabric before you steep it. Good luck Jeff. Stay well and healthy.
