Paint a bathroom countertop and sink?
The sink in my bathroom countertop is set in. So, there is no way to just do the countertop itself. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!!

It depends on what the counter top and sink are made of. Rustoleum does make a counter top paint. For a sink, the best choice is epoxy paint.
Hi Wendi, can't you tape off the sink completely to cover it and then paint the countertop? Or am I misunderstanding?
What material is your sink made of? That will make the difference. If it’s cultured marble - there’s very little you can do. Sorry. :(
I have used Rustoleum's tub and tile kit on my kitchen sink and it worked great. I have recently been thinking about using the same kit for our bathroom sink, which is all one piece like yours, and the whole thing needs to be done. Following the steps give you a good end result and is worth the time and effort. You won't be able to use the sink while prepping and refinishing. Good luck and stay safe!

Refinishing My Kitchen Sink
Giani makes a countertop paint. If it is cultured marble, you can try to sand it down. I would go to Habitat for Humanity they sell contractors leftover countertops and sinks very inexpensively.
Here is a link for diy countertop painting.
I hope this helps.

Hi Wendi. I know Home Depot sells kits for this exact reason. I saw them several months ago while walking thru the store. I also like the idea of trying habitat for humanity for the needed supplies. Good luck Wendi. I hope all is well with you.

I talked to someone who used the Gianni kit and she highly recommends it. However, you will have to not use it for several days afterwards. Can you not just have it "2 toned" with a sink one color and countertop another? Or do you hate it that much? I've seen new ones that are that way. The sink is a white or off white while the counter top is a pattern but they are 1 piece.
