Upcycled Filing Cabinet
I turned one into a desk and you can see it here - https://chascrazycreations.com/up-cycling-a-filing-cabinet-to-a-desk/
I turned two 2-drawers into a desk by adding a piece of countertop across them.
You can flip them on their side, remove drawers, and use for storage of sports equipment.
I also have a 4-drawer in the garage where my husband keeps extra chargers, batteries, and other items. it was a perfect fit for a slender space where regular shelving would not fit.
Gloria: maybe this will help

Hi Gloria,
Take the Drawers out, Flip them on to their back and use as Garden Planters. Have fun!
A practical garden tool storage container, and a cozy reading hide-out.
Hi! Do you have patterns or magazines you need to access? A freshly painted one is perfect for a craft room. I have one I plan on repurposing, and the first thing I plan on doing is repainting it a bright new color with Rustoleum spray paint. I plan on taping off a label with chalkboard paint on the front. I plan on filling it with patterns and craft books. I've also seen fabric hung in them, just for another idea. My desk is a bright blue and the drawer sides are fuchsia. I may go with a color from that! Good luck and stay safe!
Well I have sure seen a few converted into the poor man's BBQ.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bPF1hAE1zI ohhhh smoker.

I would make a side table and paint it a cool color like turquoise
Make a bench with cubbies from a 3 drawer file cabinet. Remove the drawers. Paint the cabinet and turn it on it's side, openings to the front. Make/buy a cushion for the top and put baskets in each of the cubbies. Drawers can be used for other projects.
