Yup, Ken is right, a coat of paint. It would be easier to take them down in sequence, paint, let them dry, and put them back in their spaces.
I agree with paint as the first option. You could also cover them up with other tiles using glue. Do a search in Amazon for "faux tin tiles" and it will bring up a ton of glueable options in lots of different sizes.
