What ideas are there for covering an outside ceramic tile patio?
My ceramic tile deck is starting to wear real bad and would like to cover it, without have to remove the tile. What products or ideas are available to do this.
Start by taking everything off of it. Clean the patio itself and then start adding the pieces you want/need - table, chairs, etc. Stop after each addition to see how it looks and see what else is needed. Anything left over can be donated or sold.

Hello Brigitta,
You could always Power Wash the entire area, or maybe just use a hose.
Here's a good link on how to declutter you patio and yard, it should make cleaning easier:

Here is a cozy patio idea https://www.simplenaturedecorblog.com/5-tips-for-creating-cozy-and-warm-fall-patio-decor/
remove everything first then clean cob webs, flooring, walls etc and only put back items you really like and use
Donate excess stuff to Goodwill or Habitat.
Remove everything and then wipe down with white vinegar. Add things back one at a time and step back every 3 items. When you go from like to clutter remove 1 at a time. That will give you the right amount of items.

Sweep the leaves
Rake the leaves in your garden into a pile and discard of them in garbage bags.
Clean out the gutters
It’s important to clean your gutters at least twice a year to rid them of any buildup caused by leaves, twigs and more.
Weed out the garden
Get your garden flower ready by pulling out unwanted weeds and pruning overgrown shrubs.
Clean the windows
If your window has screens, take them out and hose them down lightly, then clean the glass part of your windows as well.
Wash the deck
Use a pressure washer and deck cleaner solution to clean the deck well. When you’re done, restain the deck and add a protective finish.
I would designate a sitting area with a rug, patio furniture and maybe a pergola for some shade. Then, maybe a swinging bench in a corner with some flower pots around it. I also have an area with a raised bed in another area with some more pots for my patio garden.

Hi Brigitta, firstly you will want to remove items that are small "trinkety" looking, remove everything off it, clean and paint/stain if necessary. Then after it is dry, add large items back first, furniture, tables, etc. Slowly add small items like lamps, candles etc. decide if you really want them on tables. Add in plant & pots faux/real, keep them on the perimeter so not to obstruct view of each other on the patio. add umbrella and company!
Get rid of everything, move it off the patio. Only add back what you love and actually use
Get rid of anything you haven't used in a year. Put useful items in a garage or storage shed. Just leave furniture for sitting. If you need a storage container - I recommend somehting like this! https://amzn.to/3f1RbSu
And add a few flowers. :)
I would remove anything you don't need on hand. Consider a deck box neatly tucked away for pool supplies/ games, etc., a grill with a cabinet underneath for cooking supplies and keep all gardening items in the shed or garage. If you don't have that a potting stand is a great addition and can be very pretty.
