How do i decorate this wall? Shiplap? Paint? ?
I'm at a loss as to what to do with this wall. I like the farmhouse style. The wall is 11' tall and 20' wide.

According to what I've read, shiplap is out of style. Personally, I would use paint.
I'd paint it and hang some farmhouse themed items like a nice big clock.
Hi Teresa,
You have a large wall and like farmhouse style, what room is it in?
You could make a photo gallery, paint, artificial brick, a mural, wall paper, display artwork, put a couch in front of it, shelves...lots of stuff to do with it.
Number 8 caught my eye, see what you think:

If you like farmhouse style, shiplap is a great way to go. You could also do board and batten.
Board and batten with a plate rail would be perfect. We did that simply like this: https://www.frugalfamilytimes.com/2013/09/diy-faux-board-and-batten-paneling.html
This is the wall
LOVE THE FIREPLACE. Would not touch that. Go shiplap from the top of the fireplace to the ceiling. With the odd low windows try a line from the top of the fireplace with to the opposite walls at the top of the window to the wall with painters tape. Paint above the tape to the ceiling and across TO the shiplap in your favorite shade of sage green for example and below the tape from the top of the window to the floor in a neutral like taupe or a deeper ivory than what you have now. I am not a fan of tvs on top of ANY fireplace. They are the "heart" of the room and would relocate the tv to another wall. Add a beautiful all season wreath to the wall above the fireplace or picture or sign. Now that entire wall is the focal point of the room.
Hi Teresa,
It's a gorgeously big wall! I would do it in an accent colour. Even a soft, farmhouse colour would make it look beautiful. You would also do a beautiful wallpaper that has a farmhouse feel (like wood painted white, etc...)

you can get peel and stick planks from Stikwood that would look nice
I would go with larger decor. The cathedral frames are really nice and work well with tall ceilings. Tobacco baskets can be added, a large clock or wreath.
I like to look at photos of other decorating ideas for inspiration. You might want to check out "decor steals". It is a selling site but I gather lots of ideas from it. I purchased my tobacco baskets from them, they were the best price I could find, but their items sell quickly.
you could put up shiplap or any reclaimed wood on the wall - you could use wall sconces for candles also on either side of the TV or paint that wall a nice bold color and then just simplify your decor

You could try stenciling it, even though it’s a large wall. I stenciled a feature wall in my master bathroom, and like the look: https://momhomeguide.com/how-to-create-feature-wall-stencil/
You could do wall paper
Do you have a picture of the wall you could share?
