Try velcro or double sided sticky tape to temporarily attach to the glass door. I've recently found "alien tape" and it is clear so that might work for you. It's basically invisible.
Not knowing your exact setup but if you were discreet a bungee cord would work. Also fishing line which is clear would work. It is dirt cheap too!
Hi Linda I would check out your glue/hangers/tape section at Walmart or your local hardware store. They will have rolls of double sided tape and command hook options that should work and later be removable for you.
Use a command hook at the bottom and attach the bottom of the swag to it with string, thread or fishing line.
Use wire to attach it firmly to your wreath hanger. I've don it before and it worked fine.
Can you use some double sided tape or adhesive velcro?
If the swag reaches the base of the door on both sides, try attaching small weights with fishing line to the ends.
Since the swag is being tossed about by the wind, tie it down with matching yarn, clear plastic thread, embroidery floss to match, twist ties from the grocery store. Lots of options depending on the length of the swag.
Or bring it to an inner door, between the outer door and the inner door if it exists.
Command hooks, fishing line, bungee cords, etc on both sides will secure it.
Hi Linda. Attaching your swag to the door jam would give it a better chance at survival. Otherwise I like to use Command hooks because they don't cause any damage. Good luck and Happy Holidays.
What is the non-glass part of your door made out of - wood, or metal ?
I would attach it both top and bottom! You could use a command hook at the top and maybe just a command strip sticky on the bottom with no hook.
I recommend using command strips
I would use command hooks and wire.
double-sided tape
Hello. I wonder if it could be secured with some fine fishing line possibly clear at the top in the bottom to go comprehensively around your door in a circular fashion.
Command strips should work.
Hi! I use exterior Command hooks, and for windy spots, often add a second one to tie off a wreath at the bottom. Good luck!
Hi Linda, you should be able to anchor it at the bottom with glass magnets, you can attach a magnet to the swag with fishing line. Hope this link helps you out

It seems as if your question has been understood as asking how to secure a hanging wreath.
Could you post a picture of the swag that you have hanging from the wreath hanger so that we can see exactly what you have to work with?
