You can paint with any acrylic. Outline with a paint pen all of the pieces and cover with gloss polycrylic.
By buying stained glass
Hello,
Maybe you use Glass Paints! They can be purchased at Craft Stores or Online. If that is not what you are looking for, try Nail Varnishes. Have fun! Or you could mix Food Colouring with Mod Podge. to get the effect.

You can use alcohol inks or unicorn spit stain and glaze. They are the two I like to use.

Hi Linda. You can make a stained glass look with paint and Elmer's Glue. Begin with a clean surface. Put a small amount of black paint into a bottle of Elmer's Glue. Darken/lighten it with more/less black paint. Mix well. This mixture will be thicker than just paint alone and will serve as the black lines that separate each color. It's best to have this mixture in the glue bottle because you have better control using the pointed tip. Draw your lines with this mixture and allow to dry completely. Then fill your colors in with acrylic paint.
