Both gorilla glue and crazy glue would work in this case - they both dry clear. I would look for the gel form so its easier not to apply too much.
I second gel gorilla glue. You might want to pour a bit on a paper plate and apply with a toothpick.

Super glue.
Super glue. Just glued my finger together last week. So have so finger nail polish remover with acetone on hand to undo anything is needed.
Gorilla glue is awesome
Liquid super glue will work. I've done minor repairs to ceramic and pocelain pieces I sell on Ebay. FYI....liquid super glue for non porous surfaces and gel super glue for porous surfaces.
Hello. Gorilla glue is probably a good choice. I’ve also used a very strong Elmers craft glue to repair items. Touch up enamel paint or metallic paint marker might be considered if there is any missing paint.
E6000
I had the same reindeer head and the antler broke off. I glued it with Gorilla gel glue. I tried Super glue but it would not hold and I was surprised because super glue is supposed to glue ceramics.
E6000 glues anything. We use it all the time.
there is a ceramic glue at the craft stores especially design for that
