Hello. This might depend on your style and decor theme in your bathrooms. I have seen various items such as small wood slices, glass marbles, driftwood twigs, or shells glued around mirrors. Even in a child’s decor circumstance I’ve seen matchbox toy cars glued and painted in the circumference around mirrors. Maybe of these ideas are more inventive and whimsical and might not suit your aesthetic.

I need an idea to frame my oval shaped bathroom mirrors
You could make a frame or border to go around the edges and hide the chips. Use something that fits with your decorating style - tile, wood, glass gems, etc. E6000 is a great glue for this type of project.
I added drift wood to unframed mirrors. Check it out here: https://happydealhappyday.com/diy-drift-wood-mirrors/
Peel and stick tile is another option to put around the outside of the mirrors.
Glue seashells around them buy (liquid seal glue)
Check out framemymirror.com. they make stick on frames just for this purpose. Not sure if they have oval though.

I would get Luann which is bendable wood and frame it that way.
Hi Sharleen, you can glue mosaic tile along the edges, add a frame (glue on), frame it with rope. These are some ideas to hide the edges.
