I use a straight vinegar, but you have to be very targeted. It works great. I put it in a spray bottle, but it will kill anything you spray it on, so you need to be careful.
Hi! Old fashioned hand digging is safe for your plants. Good luck!
I use one cup of vinegar, one cup of salt to two gallons water in a garden sprayer. Saturate the grass till dripping. Be very targeted to spray the grass only and not the plants.

Use any of the products above, you'd have to cover your plants so they are not contacted by the vinegar solutions. You could cover them with a barrier like a plastic shower curtain.
Use Salt water and vinegar in a spray bottle.
You can definitely do it on your own, like make a homemade solution which uses natural ingredients and are less harmful to plants. Yet can guarantee killing grasses. Like using vinegar.
Avoid anything with salt as it will kill everything around it too. Best bet is to dig it up. If that’s not an option, look for natural grass killers like Natria.
