Our front porch is concrete and in the corner there is a rote Iron decoration that helps hold the roof up over the porch in the corner on the bottom it is cracked diagnoly and it is about 3"s wide. The roof is leaning down now to where I can touch it.

It all depends on what kind of concrete problems you're having and where the concrete is located. Walls, floors, indoors, outdoors, sidewalks -- they all will require different fixes.
I saw you’ve got the roof falling down because the porch post is sitting on a failed porch slab. This is going to need a good handyman:
First you’ve got to borrow or rent or buy a “zip column” meaning a pipe column you can use like a jack and get the roof pressure off the broken concrete for now.
Then you’re going to have to determine why the concrete pad failed.
If it was too thin for the load, then that’s different than water erosion.
If it was too thin, then you’ll need to put in a concrete Pad Footing and that requires prep work in the hole under where the broken piece was and re-set the wrought iron column.
I can explain more, but that roof is a bigger problem, since it’s got structural issues, which mean water intrusion.
From what you have said, it sounds as if you have a problem with the foundation for the porch. If I were you, I would call in a few Builders and ask them what can be done to fix it, and how much would it cost to do. Then you will have some idea what needs to be done. Then either get one of them to fix it or do it yourself. I could mean Propping up the corners with a more substantial support or building Brick piers on a strong foundation.

It depends on what they are. If it was recently poured, contact the contractor who did the work.
