To fix the gaps in the laminate flooring, place the aluminum block with the sticky side down on the board end and over the gap. Use the rubber mallet to tap the board and close the gap. Move down the line of boards until all of the gaps are closed along that line of laminate planks
Is the floor still under warranty? If not, I would definitely call the company that installed it and ask their opinion.
Real wood floors, and laminate floors contract during warm weather.
If they are coming apart "mid room" from each other forming a crack, you can take off your baseboard and tap with a crowbar to ease them back together tightly. You might need to tack down edge piece if there is much room from the wall.
Just in case the planks themselves are delaminating individually, not from each other,
then they’ve gotten too wet.
At a minimum, I’d see what kind of warranty I have and then I’d see what kind of pattern I could do to make the patching look like it was planned.
