Hi Kenny,
You can, but do you need to remove sticker?
Sure you can.
Hello Kenny, Yes, the clear polyurthane will seal the sticker beneath it with the paint.
BTW way, If you don't want the sticker, remove it first using a heat gun or hair blow dryer, paint and the seal.
Yes, although polyurethane does add a yellow cast so you might consider a water based poly instead if that's an issue.
I would recommend water based polyurethane for a clearer/better overall finish over the sticker: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-EIeWtEFMU
How to Keep Polyurethane from Yellowing

This really explains why is yellows to begin with.
Yep you definitely can! I always recommend polyacrylic because it dries fast and is less toxic as its water based. However, it won't hold up as long as an oil based polyurethane so you may want to consider that.
Yes you can. It will seal the sticker and protect it. use a water based poly. Does not yellow over time.
Hi! I prefer a water based sealer as it doesn't yellow. Good luck!
Yes... Flood coat a table with epoxy resin
You can if you want that sticker there forever!
You can. But if you don't want the sticker to remain, I would sand it off.
The sticker will be on forever then
