Hello,
Start with the outside, then the centre design and then fill in the rest to fit the area. Use a tile adhesive. When dry - Grout with waterproof Tile Grout.

Hello,
You must start with a table that has a stand up rim that will allow you to confine the tiles. If not form a temporary one around the outer edge. Use tile adhesive/grout and start laying your pattern of tiles, leaving gaps for grout. When design is complete, ;eave for 24hrs and then grout. Do not leave grout all over the tiles as this will be hell to remove. Polish up with clean cloth.
find the tiles you want to use. Play with them, like a puzzle on the table you want to cover. Once you get it, take a photo and start with the tiling process
