DIY Plaid Pillar Candles

Customize inexpensive, plain candles with tissue paper and a hair dryer.
Want to add some custom color and pattern to a room with just a tiny time and money investment?
1. Gather these supplies.
2. Find and download some digital scrapbooking paper.
3. Apply glue to the edge of some cardstock.
4. Lay tissue paper on top of the cardstock and smooth flat.
5. Print the tissue paper and trim off the glued edge.
6. Wrap the candle in the tissue paper and trim off the excess.
7. Use a hair dryer to affix the tissue paper to the candle.
