When you see the BEFORE of this piece you will have a hard time believing its the same dresser. HECK, I painted it and I still have a hard time believing it.

Its time for another makeover her at Art is Beauty. This piece almost did me in.She was a tough nut to crack but worth it in the end.
This is how I found her....alone...painted multiple layers of White oil paint. Left like and old shoe on the side of the road. I know she doesn't look like a Blonde but you will see in the next picture underneath it all she was.
The reason I called this a BLONDE to BRUNETTE makeover
It was time for the BIG GUNS!!!
FINALLY!! We were getting somewhere.
First I used a nice provincial stain (making her now into a lovely BRUNETTE) to stain the top and some poly to seal it.
I was having a hard time deciding on color but finally chose Maison Blanche FRENCH BLUE.
I was already thrilled with the difference it made!

This once beat up abandoned piece of furniture
Is now enjoying a new found lease on life in one of my customers homes.
It just took a little effort and some great paint and
