Hutch to Wine Bar Makeover

A client wanted a wine bar/liquor cabinet to fit into a niche in the living room of her new house. After looking through pictures and discussing her needs for the piece, we started shopping for an old dresser or hutch.
This hutch had the right dimensions and shape so she snatched it up and I got to work transforming it.
I took the left door off and added wooden criss cross storage for wine bottles.
I also added wine glass hangers to one of the shelves to create plenty of storage for stemware.
The dark slate color is a great contrast against the greige walls and the new hardware gives a more modern feel.
Here is the hutch now as a wine bar.
The right door and storage area was left for liquor bottles.
Gorgeous transformation.

Beautiful transformation of your hutch into a wine/bar cabinet. Love the color you chose and the way you added space for glasses and wine bottle storage. GREAT JOB.

Excellent but i wish you would have taken us through the steps, like for instance, the cross cross? Beautiful, though
