Inexpensive Carved Initials Romantic Centerpiece

Looking for a rustic, romantic touch to add to your Valentine's Day table or decor? How about this centerpiece featuring faux carved initials in a heart on a birch bark vase?
The best part about this project is how INSANELY easy it is, and how very affordable, too. Really.
Birch bark lined vases (I bought mine for $3.99 each) and an inexpensive wood burning tool are all you need.
Heat up that wood burning tool and just draw on the birch bark vases. That's it! How cute is that?
The vases look lovely filled with oasis and roses, but I actually liked it best with just a bunch of Baby's Breath I bought from the grocery store (ask behind the floral counter). No special flower arranging skills needed, and such a humble filler flower looks amazing when used by itself, en masse.
Enjoyed the project?
