Pretty in FUSION Mineral Paint ~ French Provincial Desk Makeover

When I found this french provincial desk, it had to be mine and from the moment I brought it home I knew that it needed to be pretty and elegant
It was actually in decent shape but it definitely needed some TLC.
I cleaned her up really well and gave her a good sanding
The legs were a little loose so my wonderful and awesome hubby re-glued and clamped it. I left it overnight to be sure it would hold
I applied FUSION Ultra Grip and left it to dry
I used FUSION colours Homestead Blue, Champlain and the Silver Tinting Kit
I painted the fringes with the Silver Tinting Kit
I also did the front legs with the Silver Tinting Kit for a dipped effect
I kept the original drawer pulls and prettied them up with the Silver Tinting Kit as well
This is my favorite part of my new desk ~ my hummingbirds on the insides of the drawers ~ I love hummingbirds
