Patriotic Mini Yarn Wreath

I made these Patriotic Mini Yarn Wreaths ages ago (so please excuse the pictures!), but I still love them. They're fairly easy to make and a great addition to your patriotic decor.
To make them, you'll need:
I started by wrapping the wreaths. I always start by wrapping the yarn around the start of the yarn. I then put the end of the first color and beginning of the next color together and wrap the next color around both.
Paint the stars. When they're dry, poke a hole in a point (I just used the handle of a paintbrush and worked it through).
Take a small length of yarn and loop it through the hole in the star and tie it around the wreath.
