Patriotic Red, White and Blue Centerpiece

I love decorating for each holiday, and I needed a new summer centerpiece for my dining room table. Since it was Memorial Day Weekend, and we have the 4th of July coming up in a few weeks, I created this easy red, white and blue centerpiece that has the right colors for this time of year.
My husband made a wood planter box for me last fall, and this is so easy to change up for every holiday or season. I started out by buying some faux hydrangeas in blue and white. I found the blue ones at the Dollar Store, which was pretty awesome, I think!
I love the look of old milk bottles, but since I don't have any, I just recycle empty Frappuccino bottles. It gives me the perfect excuse for buying them! I used red and white ribbon to add a pop of color around the bottles
Then, all I had to do was add flowers and some pine cones, which I love to use all year round.
I love how the centerpiece looks, and best of all, it can be used inside or out. I have more details and the link to how we made the box on the blog.
