"Orderly" Bohemian Bedroom

I had the opportunity to give our very sad "master" bedroom an update recently and I went with a style I'm naturally drawn to- Bohemian. I'm also a type A kind of person so I had to "structure" the free spiritedness of it all. Lots of texture, fun patterns, pops of color, and multiple wood tones are all elements of this boho space.
A space that's both serene and energizing? That's what I aimed to create. I can relax here in the evenings and feel invigorated to get going on a fresh day in the morning. I chose to blend thrifted furniture with IKEA "hacked" pieces for an eclectic mix. And what boho space would be complete without lots of houseplants?

For more photos of the space, please join me on my blog. It's a very picture heavy post with lots of shots of the details (macrame, wall hangings, DIY lampshades and more!). And give me a follow! I'd love to share more posts like these with you :)
