Empire Dresser Makeover
This Empire dresser was an amazing piece, just worn and dated and in much need of a facelift. A quick cleaning and some prep and we were off to a good start on this transformation.
A custom mix of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, graphite and coco was the perfect, warm grey shade, balancing the dark oak stained top wonderfully.
I contemplated replacing the hardware, but loved how the original comes to life on the new backdrop!
I mixed some dark walnut and honey oak stain to create this chocolate-esque color. Sealed with a satin poly, it's ready for years of use once again.
