Furniture makeover. Nightstand. From drab cream to majestic pink. How I did it is below.
So this is the before. It was actually painted in Annie Sloan Old Ochre some years back. Blah. It needed pizazz!
Ta Da! Pretty in pink. I painted her with a custom mix to make a soft, subtle petal pink. I used modern metallics gold paint for the body.
Modern Metallics subtle silver on the sides for extra interest.
If she wanted to be majestic, she needed a crown! 8" x 10" golden crown stenciled on top. Gold borders, just because!
A coordinating golden stencil on the drawer and a glass knob to finish it off.
Drab to fab. All it takes is paint and spirit.
