Natural cleaning products are a less expensive, safer alternative to the chemicals found in other cleaners. I like the the feeling that I'm taking care of my family, my home and my budget by using them whenever possible. Here is a list of natural products and their uses.
Vinegar deodorizes and disinfects. It makes a great fabric softener as well.
Hydrogen Peroxide makes a great carpet stain remover. Dawn is great for lifting grease stains.
Keep your disposal fresh with lemons and baking soda.
Baking soda is great for laundry, and a scrubbing agent. It also absorbs odor.

You Can Homemade Carpet Stain Remover Hydrogen Peroxide
Use 2 parts of hydrogen peroxide to 1 part blue Dawn. mixed it in a spray bottle. Apply the cleaner to stains and use a brush to scrub in.
Spray with filtered water to remove as much of the dirt as possible. Blot with a clean rag. The stain comes right out. Hydrogen peroxide works for wine, blood, and can be used on your carpets too! I was more than pleased with the results.
