This fresh, festive smelling cleaner will carry you through the Christmas season and all the way through winter.
It smells like a wonderful Christmas tree or cold snowy winter day.
Watch our Instagram video here to see how it is put together and uses. Feel free to follow us there too for new cleaning hacks and tips :)
This multi-surface cleaner can be made two ways. One is vinegar based, the other alcohol based. You can read our blog post for details and science behind each one.
Ingredients For Vinegar Based Homemade Multi-Surface Cleaner:
- 1 tablespoon winter dish soap
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup distilled white vinegar
- 20 drops Christmas tree essential oil
- Glass spray bottle
Ingredients For Alcohol Based Homemade Multi-Surface Cleaner :
- 1 tablespoon winter dish soap
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon rubbing alcohol
- 20 drops Christmas tree essential oil
- Glass spray bottle
Directions:
- Using a funnel, add all ingredients to a glass spray bottle. Since a large amount of essential oils are being used, make sure to use glass.
- Give mixture a good shake before spraying each time.
If you don't like evergreen or pine scents, you can easily swap this with peppermint which I do for my mom when I make this cleaner for her!
If you don't have a winter dish soap to use, just swap it out with your favorite or whatever you have on hand. Please visit our blog post to read more about why we use dish soap, what we recommend, and more!

I use just vinegar and no oils. Many are harmful to pets.

Thank you Richard for your reply...My heart is broken losing my little Jack. And everyone, beware, when your fur baby is taken to the vet, they never did/have asked me about using aromatics, etc in the house. The vets need to be more aware also..Now I'm wondering about the loss of my precious Pomeranian about the time I lost Jack...Hope they are running over/across the Rainbow Bridge together...💫
