DIY Christmas Scented Multi-Surface Cleaner

This fresh, festive smelling cleaner will carry you through the Christmas season and all the way through winter.


It smells like a wonderful Christmas tree icon or cold snowy icon winter day.

This multi-surface cleaner can be made two ways. One is vinegar based, the other alcohol based. You can read our blog post for details and science behind each one.


Ingredients For Vinegar Based Homemade Multi-Surface Cleaner:


  • 1 tablespoon winter dish soap
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 20 drops Christmas tree essential oil
  • Glass spray bottle


Ingredients For Alcohol Based Homemade Multi-Surface Cleaner :


  • 1 tablespoon winter dish soap
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon rubbing alcohol
  • 20 drops Christmas tree essential oil
  • Glass spray bottle

Directions:


  1. Using a funnel, add all ingredients to a glass spray bottle. Since a large amount of essential oils are being used, make sure to use glass.
  2. Give mixture a good shake before spraying each time.


If you don't like evergreen or pine scents, you can easily swap this with peppermint which I do for my mom when I make this cleaner for her!
