Easy

I have two beautiful dogs that we love very much. Problem is....they both shed. Spring and Fall is the worst time for pet fur. I use this easy method to wash pillows quickly.

  1. Vacuum each pillow thoroughly. I use the plain suction part on it as it pulls hair off easier. I vacuum horizontally and vertically.

Duct tape is a man's best friend

I use a piece of duct tape as long as the pillow. Starting from one end place the duct tape along the top of the pillow and press firmly to the fibres. Pull the strip off and continue until the tape is furry.

Beaded pillow

I am usually careful to work around beaded areas. I usually take a long strip of tape and make it into a circle. This way I can put my hand through and control where I pull the hair off of and being careful not to pull any beads off the pillow.

I would rather have fur on the tape

Continue changing the tape until finished your pillow.
