Do a deep clean of the grout. I used Lysol toilet bowl cleaner in the black squirt bottle. Once you get it clean, you can re seal it.
If that doesn't work, paint with an outdoor paint and then re seal it. I've done that as well. I had some white tile where my ex-husband used an off white grout and it looked bad. I painted it black and absolutely love it.

Clean the grout with Gel toilet bowl cleaner and a scrub brush. Then get some Mapei Grout Refresh/Restore. This stuff is wonderful. You can change the color of your grout if you wish and It has a sealer in it so no more worries about mold etc.
I used a steam cleaner on mine with grout cleaner and it worked wonders!

I use a steamer...works great.
Use grout paint. Paint the grout and as you do wipe off the edges of the tile with a damp rag. I did my shower several years ago and it still looks great. Sold where the tiles are sold.
