How do I clean a muffin pan?

Accumulation of overspray from using Pam has left my muffin tin looking bad but still usable. What is the best way to get the pan looking close to new?

Put oven cleaner on them....leave them in the sun then power spray them.
Oven cleaner, rinse clean up with soft scrub.
While Pam and similar sprays are convenient, I don't use them as they can gum up anything it touches and you end up with what you have here. I use a vinegar and baking soda soak, but there are other methods.

Elbow grease.
I put them in the dishwasher
Put one half cup ammonia in a good garbage bag put muffin tin in bag close and set in sun for about 3 hours -take out and rinse off all will come off
Hi, You could use Barkeepers Friend.......
soak in hot soapy water or put in the dishwasher
I just soak them over night in hot soapy water with some baking soda. Hand wash them next day.
Oven cleaner wins
Spray oven cleaner on them and put in a zip lock bag or an old grocery bag with a twist tie. Seal it well. Then let sit in sun for a few hours. I also use this on my stove top grates. Works great and all the goop comes off.
Is your challenge a cosmetic one or one that hampers the use of the pan? If it is cosmetic, give it up. If it has to do with the use of the pan, spray each little compartment with oven cleaner and go for it. Then, clean each compartment and wash completely.
I always use muffin cup liners, thus little or no mess.
Are you using generic? I found the generic does that. Brand Pam is much better
