CD Tower Gets a NEW Purpose

In one of those moods to clean out and clear out, I realized that I have not listened to an actual CD that I own in so very long. With an upcoming garage sale, I thought it was time to get rid of my CD towers and just box up the CDs themselves for now. But then a thought occurred - why not figure out a new use for these little cabinets (I have 2 matching ones). In addition to enjoying some here and there creativity, I am an avid essential oil junkie.

And before pic #2. I gave this guy a quick and simple makeover. I took the hinged door off. Sanded everything with a fine sandpaper. Applied two coats of KILZ paint.
After pic #1 - My CD tower becomes a handy little cabinet for holding essential oils !! I applied two coats of chosen color paints, and put the door back on! Voila!
After pic #2 - NEW purpose! Since I have another one of these to repurpose, I am going to give this one to a friend who is just starting out on her essential oil journey!
After pic #3 - Added a little hand written touch with decorative elements. I can't wait to give it to my friend and then get started on the second one.

This was a big help - I'd add my carrier oils, beeswax, baking soda and other supplies for essential oil salves, bath bombs, body wash, and laundry solutions. thanks very much!
