Party Perfect Paper Poms - I made these Paper Poms for my daughter's first birthday. It was vintage themed party so I used different pink and peach paper to match the decor.
Tutorial
You can buy 20" x 30" tissue paper sheets pretty much anywhere. I hung these poms with clear filament string but I have also used satin ribbon which is very pretty. I have made white poms for a bridal shower and blue poms for a baby shower. You can really use them for anything.

Very pretty, I'd forgotten about tissue paper flowers. Now with $stores you can make lots.
